Return & Refund Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is currently within Cairo only, in 3–5 business days. Shipping is 80 EGP, paid up front to reserve your size — this is the shipping cost itself, not an extra charge. The 750 EGP for the jeans is paid cash on delivery after you inspect them (colour, size label and fabric — trying on with the courier isn't available). Wrong size? Exchange within 14 days; return shipping is on the customer.
Eligibility
Items must be in perfect, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Faulty or wrong item? Contact us immediately and we will arrange a resolution at no additional cost to you.
Processing
Once your return is received, our team will process your request within 4–5 business days.
